Search Engine Optimization

My cousin-in law gave me a DVD about Search Engine Optimization today.  According to him, if you want to do ANYTHING on line, you need to know how to do Search Engine Optimization.  This is something I have glossed over before, but never really put any stock into it.  It makes sense.  Why wait for the search engines to find you when you can do things to help them along.  I’ll post some of the tips here if they make sense.

    There are many tips I can share about how to make a site more popular, by not just using SEO (which DOES help.) Most of my traffic comes from other places than search engines.
